Mixing the personal with the universal in free-spirited rhyming verse, he imagines using mockingbirds to redistribute the world's underappreciated sounds. "They listen and mimic and remix what they like / they rock the mic."
I chose this poem rather than a song tonight because I believe it represents some of what we are doing with our Monday night ChangeMakers - taking our own Mockingbirds out in to our worlds.
